• $155 per 50-minute session

• $232.50 per 75-minute session

Payment

Payments are due at the time of the appointment. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Cancellation Policy

24 business hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for services and ensures your therapist’s time is respected and compensated.

If you cancel with less than 24 business hours’ notice or do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full hourly rate will be charged. This fee must be paid before booking any further therapy sessions.

Cancellations are accepted by emailing your therapist directly. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or voicemail to ensure we have clear written records.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, which helps us maintain consistent, accessible care and supports our therapists’ ability to plan their schedules and income reliably. 

Extended Health Benefits

Depending on your current health insurance provider and employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for services listed as Registered Counselling Therapist, Registered Clinical Therapist, or Psychotherapist. We are only able to bill direct to Blue Cross.
